How to fix poor network reception in your Area

Most times, I receive complaints about poor network reception from a Massive amount of people. There is no actual traditional way to rectify this but by doing these few things, your Location would have an increase within a short period.

1. Report any poor network reception to the Service Providers Customer Care Lines. For Glo dial 121, for Airtel dial 111/121, for MTN dial 180, and Etisalat dial 200.
2. Follow the Instruction till you have the option of speaking to a Customer Care Representative.
3. Lay out your complaint, they would ask for your location and if they don't it is probably you did not lay out your complaint properly.
4. Get people residing in the same Location that are making use of the same network as you are to make the same complaints.
5. The more complaints they receive, the higher the chances of how fast the problem would be rectified.

I followed these same procedure within my Location in Delta State due to the fact we had no 3G coverage and after several complaints it was rectified within a week. Now my internet speed is blazing fast.

NOTE: Try to give them your exact location with the correct Local Government Area. This aids to gather complaints effectively.
